Notes
• ‘A Rebirth Session’ and ‘Superstring Material (V2)’ were most probably produced in 1998, the same year as ‘Jericho’ (released on this compilation), since the material and style used sound very similar. In 2001, some months before “Cygnus Loops” album got released, the artists explained why they made them available for download:
“On mp3.com we offer some of our tracks which are not signed up by any labels, since their contents are more melodic Goa style, which is not liked so much by the labels we are in contact with. Normally our style is more dark, noisy and sometimes minimalistic.”
• Some of these tracks were part of DAM CD album called “The Goa Files”, available in the year 2000.
• The track that circulated as ‘Andromedar’ on P2P sites is actually the track ‘Nostromo’ released on Zerotonine’s “Cygnus Loops” album.
• ‘Phaserbass’ (8:09) is also from 2001. It was part of an album called “Leviathan” cancelled by the label of the same name. Then it was renamed as “Moneypenny” and released on “Cygnus Loops” album.
• ‘Tron’ (8:16) is from 2001. Some sources indicate that it was going to appear on the unreleased compilation of Transient, “Night And Day – Progressive Trance Vol. 2”, which is a sequel of this VA/.
